POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and overseeing a diverse range of Television and Streaming-centric projects from conception to completion. Your project management expertise, understanding of social media dynamics, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental to your success in this role.

IMPORTANT CALLOUTS ABOUT THIS ROLE:
• Strong Project Management experience in an agency or entertainment (Television/Streaming environment required.
• 360 campaign or post-production in Television or Streaming series experience is important.
• This role is hybrid and will require occasional visits to our Hollywood, California headquarters, so you must live within commutable distance to Hollywood, California.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Help manage multiple post-production television projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet the required quality standards and deadlines
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with editors, sound designers, motion graphics, and other post-production staff
• Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the post-production process
• Understand client needs, objectives, and feedback, ensuring their vision is accurately translated into the final product
• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or changes promptly
• Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and projects are delivered within the allocated budget
• Negotiate costs with vendors and freelancers as necessary, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
• Provide financial reports and updates to Senior Management
• Oversee the quality of all post-production outputs, including video editing, sound design, visual effects, etc.
• Conduct final reviews of projects before client delivery to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications
• Use project management software/tools like Adobe Premiere, Slack, Air Table, etc.

ABOUT YOU:
• 5+ years related experience in an entertainment studio, post-production house, or creative agency.
• Experience in client servicing, project management, or production management, especially in the entertainment industry (Preferably from a creative field such as agency/creative agency/studio/post-production agencies/TV Channels)
• Must be proactive and anticipate needs to keep post-production project workflows moving.
• Familiarity and interaction with studio campaigns and entertainment branding experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a disciplined approach to project management.
• Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to drive projects proactively.
• Result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
• Ability to work well in a team and promote a positive, creative atmosphere

COMPENSATION:

Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly). Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.

Daily rate pay range for this position is below. If your requirements fall outside of the below pay range, we still encourage you to apply.

$500 - $600 USD
