As a Senior Project Manager, you will mostly spend your time working on brand and gaming. In this capacity, you will coordinate teams on everything from print to digital to mobile to social to video. The balance of your time will be spent juggling client communication and internal creative team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves juggling multiple projects.

• Liaise with a team of art directors, writers, and account executives.
• Ensure all resource and budget allocations meet the scope of work for each project and deliveries are on time, all the time.
• Receive, review and distribute art assets for each project.
• Interact with clients as the main point of contact.
• Route assets and copy for internal and external review/approvals

• Strong computer skills and understanding of latest OSX operating systems.
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Understanding of common digital/flash deliveries
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients and internal creative team.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication, ensure delivery of resources, project accuracy and completion.
• Working in the design or ad agency required. Agency experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Works collaboratively and proactively on multi-functional teams. Open to feedback.
• Consistently communicates using appropriate methods for the situation and audience in a clear, concise and professional manner.
