GENERAL SUMMARY

We are looking for a stellar Production Coordinator who is a multi-tasker, highly organized with strong attention to details and professional, to join our Mirada team. You will ideally be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, have excellent communication skills and be skilled at working across various internal teams.

Responsibilities
• Office and facility scheduling, and administration support for all assigned jobs
• Processing invoices, credit card charges, and tracking payments
• Works with in-house producers to source and hold crews
• Research equipment, crew, locations, etc. for bidding
• Maintains constant communication with various infrastructure departments in the studio with regard to the specific needs of each project
• Manage and distribute daily production calendar
• Set-up jobs for freelancers, and liaison with accounting and facilities
• Assist with wraps and managing files on the server
• Manages and organizes periodic shipments to and from clients and vendors via messengers and mail.
• Manage schedule for Executive Producer and Directors
• Provides weekend coverage when necessary; covers all PA tasks when additional help is needed
• Manages WireDrive

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of the production process; Reliable transportation; valid driver's license
• Knowledge of Hot Budget/PointZero/AICP a plus
