Job Description
Print Production Coordinator (Amsterdam)

Art Machine, a division of Trailer Park Group, is a fully integrated advertising agency dedicated to building fans for brands and entertainment properties. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creativity, great service, and a fun and energetic culture-and we may be looking for you to join our team!

As a Print Production Coordinator you will work alongside our client and team to support finishing, localisation and adaptations of marketing assets. You will be at the centre of asset creation, quality control, brand consistency, and technical delivery, which is a pivotal part of the storytelling and execution of film or streaming title marketing campaigns.

The right candidate is very well-organized with the ability to wear many hats. This candidate is also meticulous in nature, always paying attention to the smallest of details. That's a necessity to perform this role in the following areas:

• Multi-tasking on several different campaigns in different stages at any one time.
• Proactive, fast, and flexible problem-solver with superb time, resource, and stakeholder management.
• Prepare and present decks/documents when required to communicate ideas, data points or work.
• Familiarity and appreciation for tools such as AirTable, Google Suite or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solution-oriented, that is able to pivot and find ways to achieve the deliverables needed for the success of the campaign.

• Coordinate asset delivery, from file and folder management to technical spec advice, on schedule, and budget.
• Plan timelines for review and feedback on multiple file formats assets per project.
• Ensure asset and project management internal tooling is updated regularly and gather required information from cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate the management of asset delivery decks / debut docs.
• A desire to focus on post production, asset delivery and management vs conceptual and creative ideation.

• Seek information about each title's asset suite and localisation needs.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Print Producer on artwork availability for Localisation and managed timings to ensure delivery.
• Brief internal and external localisation teams on the production of adaptations and localised assets (from master file to different ratio formats and languages) and track progress to support production as needed.
• Coordinate the QC process with our internal localisation workflow and tools. From artwork to text and title treatments.

This is a 1yr fixed-term contract hybrid position, requiring both at home and in office work. Location is Amsterdam, Netherlands
