POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking an experienced Freelance Junior Social Strategist to join our Strategy, Insights & Innovation team. This individual will report to the Director of Entertainment Strategy and partner with the social team to produce strategy for social pitches, projects, and more. This is a 3-month contract with the potential to be hired into a full-time position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Write the upfront strategic material for social pitches, composed of a mix of Social Listening, Cultural Insights, Positioning, Content Pillars, Creative Content Recommendations, Channel Strategy, and more
• Contribute to the creative concepts while consulting to make sure all creative is aligned with strategy
• Serve as available resource to be utilized on ad hoc requests and project needs within the Strategy team

ABOUT YOU
• Excellent writer - deck development and storytelling ability
• Ability to produce and manage the production of work
• Comfortable presenting to clients in virtual and occasionally in-person environments
• Able to pivot as needed based on evolving client timelines and internal requests
• Understanding of our commitment to being trained on social listening tools
• Ability to partner with internal divisions, read between the lines of and identify how to add strategic value to projects across the TPG agency
• Ability to get people excited about projects by being curious and full of questions/ideas across internal and external meetings
• Excellent time management skills
• Responsive in our evolving and virtual office setting

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
• Availability and accessible during standard working hours
• Available for internal and client facing meetings, mostly virtual but occasionally IRL
• Full time freelance commitment to Trailer Park Group on a weekly basis without freelance work being done with competing agencies or directly with Entertainment clients

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Please note that a potential offer for employment will be determined based on a number of factors, that may include experience, unique skills and/or other qualifications, location, performance factors (current employees), and a variety of business and budgetary considerations.
