GENERAL

We are currently seeking an Account Supervisor for growing Mutiny Account team.
Our Account team balances the client needs with our team's ambition to push the envelope strategically and creatively in ways that disrupt, surprise, and delight our target audiences. You will create a path to executing great work that moves our client's business and delivers on our ambitious creative goals. You'll be a strategic leader for integrated campaigns, brand level communications, social media campaigns, influencer marketing and experiential activations, new business pitches and more.

IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT WHO WOULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR THIS JOB:
- West Coast based candidates are preferred
- Integrated marketing background important
- If you love video games, that's great!
- Entertainment or gaming marketing account management experience is a BIG plus.

ABOUT YOU:

You love diving into client's businesses, understanding their marketing challenges and proposing solutions. You love gaming, the internet, and partnering with creative teams to make cool stuff. You're fluent in the modern marketing landscape, culture of the internet, and on the pulse of the gaming audience. You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be told how to take on tasks. You don't see obstacles, you see opportunities. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Partner with strategy, creatives, production and finance to coordinate and execute integrated campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Understand the client's perspective and challenges, its industry, and communicate these to the entire team.
• Daily communication with client to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Participates in key client meetings, including presentations and briefings.
• Organize and run status meetings, following up on open items in a timely manner.
• Oversee the delivery of campaigns deliverables and manage the approval/

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• 4+ years of experience at an advertising agency
• Experience in or passion for the video game industry
• Demonstrated track record of positive client and creative team relationships
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative; approachable, outgoing and diplomatic

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
