With hit syndicated magazine programs, TMZ and TMZ LIVE, dedicated sports site TMZ Sports and program TMZ SPORTS, along with its celebrity tour operations in Los Angeles, TMZ offers an incredible opportunity to connect with audiences across live, linear, and digital touchpoints.

To further compound the power of the FOX Entertainment and TMZ assets, FOX is looking for a Senior Vice President, Strategy and Operations who will be charged with overseeing the continued growth of both the linear and digital TMZ businesses. Reporting directly to the President of Strategy and Operations for FOX Entertainment, and working hand-in-hand with TMZ Founder Harvey Levin, this individual will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating business and revenue growth across all areas of the business – formulating and implementing strategic and operational processes, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth and create new revenue streams across the organization.

This role is designed for an executive with a strong strategy orientation and a bias for action, who has helped build businesses, elevating synergistic thinking and process, while growing meaningful internal and external partnerships. It will require a truly collaborative executive who will build a trusted advisor relationship across the company so that together they can meet the challenge of taking some of the world's leading entertainment news properties to new heights, and new audience base – ensuring TMZ remains a zeitgeist brand for the next generation of consumers.

DUTIES AND PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the FOX Entertainment and TMZ leaders in setting and driving the organizational vision and operational strategy for TMZ
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning. Work cross-functionally to identify the best ways to build the member base and grow the lifetime value of members
• Continue to grow the appeal, engagement, and frequency of use of the TMZ platforms to members and other audiences by providing distinctive content experiences and products
• Build on the authenticity and identity of the TMZ brand, and expertly broaden the brand's appeal to expanded user bases. Leverage existing platforms to bring in a younger audience, while strategically evaluating the market for opportunities to continue to aggregate the services
• Facilitate growth across all areas (including digital, linear, international, and domestic distribution), coordinating between departments, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring a seamless integration of cultures between TMZ and FOX Entertainment
• Ideate, socialize, structure, and execute strategic opportunities that support and accelerate the continued evolution of the Company
• Translate business objectives into operational plans with accompanying schedules and budgets
• Influence and inspire the TMZ team, positioning them for success within an evolving business and in a matrixed organization
• Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the reach and scale of the TMZ business across the globe, creating new touchpoints, businesses, and revenue streams that further enable consumers to access and engage with TMZ and its assets
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement, driving improvements in operational efficiency and sustainable revenue growth
• Communicate with all areas of FOX Entertainment to ensure synergies between TMZ and all the different arms, including station groups, Tubi, Fox Sports, etc.
• Support the President of Alternative Entertainment and other senior Fox Entertainment leaders in the formation, implementation, and continuing analysis of the Company's strategic plan/framework, including:
• Formalizing and articulating TMZ's key priorities in alignment with the broader company strategy
• Working with senior leaders to identify and implement concerted transformation opportunities and gaining the organizational buy-in and momentum to effect global change across the Fox ecosystem
• Conduct strategic analysis, present market research, and pursue new models for business growth across new geographies, products, platforms, technologies, and consumer touchpoints
• Partner with the President, Alternative, and key stakeholders on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term. Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
• Work with the Programming team to maximize the value of all Fox Alternative Entertainment's owned content and IP; ensure content is being leveraged across as many platforms as possible, and is monetized to maximum effect
• Establish and manage collaborative and trusting relationships with key Fox Entertainment's internal leaders to facilitate implementation of key goals and tactics, help establish and communicate meaningful, measurable KPIs, and ensure a free flow of ideas and information across business units
• Facilitate the execution of the strategy by working collaboratively with the other executive team members and ensuring the strategy is communicated, understood, and supported throughout the organization
