THE TEAM
The Digital Marketing & Data team at Live Nation is responsible for delivering excellent digital marketing centrally across divisions, and owning and operating critical fan and event data for the entire organization.The team partners with stakeholders across Live Nation Concerts, Live Nation Sponsorship, and Ticketmaster to grow the business and meet fans where they are across a variety of marketing channels
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Contribute to key aspects of Marketing Strategy including but not limited to understanding and measuring key objectives and metrics for the business, new opportunity identification, modeling/sensitivity analysis to support strategic options, competitive intelligence, and annual strategy planning
• Assess and execute hands on modeling/advanced analytics retrieving, compiling, and analyzing large volumes of data from disparate databases into distilled, actionable information needed by senior leadership to answer critical questions
• Support cross functional initiatives to drive actions as a result of business insights (the expectation is that you can not only analyze data, but also effectively communicate the underlying story and help see your recommendations through to execution)
• Determine viability of new business opportunities through rigorous quantitative analysis (new products, partnerships, joint ventures, etc.)
• Develop recommendations and clearly communicate results of analysis to senior management
• Collaborate with internal / external customers to develop initiatives that drive growth
• Perform internal, ad hoc analysis of key strategic initiatives across multiple departments (e.g. Marketing deals, partnerships, etc.)
• Assist with company-wide reporting to senior executives and corporate headquarters both on an ad hoc and regular basis
• Manage multiple initiatives at once and prioritize based on business needs and urgency
• Manage complex set of analyses to drive actionable insights and contribute to efforts of team
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Must have strong quantitative inclination, with a data-driven approach to problem solving
• 2-4 years of work experience, ideally at a top-tier management consulting firm or leading corporation in a strategy or revenue management role
• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business or advanced analytics from a top-tier program a plus
• Strong ability to quickly identify problems, develop meaningful solutions, and independently drive work forward with the support of related business functions
• Assertive yet professional demeanor, persistent and willing to lead the way
• Must be able to effectively and succinctly communicate with multiple stakeholders across all levels.

• An excitement about working with large data sets and be able to deftly structure analytic approaches to problem solving.

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, given the variety of audiences needed to influence and develop compelling presentations that inspire and win hearts and minds are important
