THE ROLE

The Risk Analyst will work closely with the risk management organization, our fan-facing operations, and external business partners including brokers and claims administrators, to provide support to Live Nation's operations.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Assists with insurance program renewals, including collecting underwriting data
• Handle basic insurance-related requests from Operations including certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, as well as other general requests for information
• Prepare ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly claims summaries
• Maintain insurance program registry and ensure all policies are received and stored
• Assists with the reporting and tracking of claims
• Processes and tracks department invoices
• Special projects, as assigned

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• BA/BS, preferably in Risk Management, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Risk Management, Commercial insurance brokerages or insurance companies
• Highly organized; ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
