THE JOB

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Partner who plays a vital role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across Ticketmaster and our Portfolio Company divisions across North America. Not only will you work with other recruiters and sourcers from across the globe, but you'll partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to find the very best talent whilst creating an inclusive culture. This position will report to the Director, Human Resources - North America Region and will support hiring activity across our Portfolio Companies – both in Technology and non-Technology sectors across the US.

The Recruitment Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities including, sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and ultimately recommending candidates to the business, all the while ensuring the process sought out talent from non-traditional avenues, ultimately presenting an inclusive shortlist to the hiring manager(s).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to attract the best talent for each role;
• Lead Kickoff Meetings with hiring manager(s) to determine the skills, experience, competencies & attributes required for each role;
• In partnership with local DEI committees (i.e. Gaters For Change) to task hiring managers to reconsider the requirements outlined in their Job Descriptions, questioning those that have traditionally been a systemic barrier to non-traditional candidates.
• Partner with local HR teams to source potential candidates through existing networks, job boards and online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks); Leverage a variety of passive, proactive, and creative sourcing methods to address the needs the recruiting needs of each requisition;
• Using Workday, our Applicant Tracking System, assess applications, screening out those which do not align with the parameters of the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, in-person/virtual interviews and assessment tools, as needed.
• Draft, distribute and process offer letters, in partnership with various internal stakeholders, as required.
• Upon receipt of acceptance, work with internal stakeholders to kickoff onboarding processes.
• Act as a diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) advocate by developing and executing sourcing strategies and promotional campaigns to identify top talent and build diverse candidate pipelines. Coach hiring managers on structured and inclusive interview processes, mitigating unconscious, and other forms of bias;
• Develop and foster strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functionally, acting as a true partner to hiring managers on recruiting and sourcing strategies that help each division hire the best talent and align with our hiring goals;
• Maintain high attention to detail when entering data into Workday and other recruiting tools, coordinating effectively with the HRIS team and others to ensure systems are consistent with business requirements, and operated/maintained within agreed parameters
• Assist local HR teams in the development of new talent acquisition strategies and proven methods that work in the desired markets.
• Work with the Global HR team to create, implement and maintain templates, documents and tools used throughout the recruitment life cycle.
• Track pipeline data and provide relevant and consistent updates to all stakeholders, including reporting of all recruitment activities; and

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
• 2 or more years full life cycle recruitment experience;
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment;
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Internet, especially search functionality and knowledge of popular job boards; sourcing platforms and inbound job search platforms (i.e. TripleByte);
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Prior experience recruiting in Technology sector is an asset, however not required;
• Must be able to work independently with efficiency in an extremely fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
• Able to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
• Experience in an HR generalist capacity is strongly preferred, however not required;
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday is preferred, however, not required;

• Ability to work in a global team environment;
• Comfortable with remote management;
