Job Description

In this newly created role, we are looking for an organised and efficient administrator who loves variety to provide reception and general office administration support to each business units located within the NZ office based in Auckland.

The role will support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team with a variety of tasks including diary management, internal meetings, and events. The role will also support the administration and delivery of our Community Engagement Plan (CEP).

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Provide a professional and courteous reception to all people who call, attend or email the Live Nation office
• Answer and direct all ingoing and outgoing calls or take accurate messages as required
• Coordinate with all incoming and outgoing items (i.e. couriers, daily mail etc)
• Ensure that stationery and kitchen supplies stocks are monitored and kept at appropriate levels
• Answer, assist with and if necessary re-direct all queries from public , contractors , suppliers regarding Live Nation events;
• Provide word processing services other administrative assistance to any or all managerial staff and departments when required.
• Assist the MD with diary management , meeting and travel logistics
• Be the key point of contact for the Community Engagement Plan (CEP).
• Monitor and report of the key outcomes of the CEP

What we're looking for:
• Looking good communicator and team player, with initiative and time management skills.
• Have a proactive, positive, and flexible approach, and a willing attitude
• Interest in the music, concert and events industry, any previous experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• An eye for detail and good experience with excel spreadsheets.
• Some experience in a high volume and fast pace, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Be tech savvy and be willing to assist with any issues the team might have.
