Contract Terms: Permanent, 40 hours per week

THE JOB

The primary purpose of the role will be to provide insight into customer behaviour – from marketing to conversion – and wider trends which will shape our marketing efforts and business development. Analysing data from multiple sources (transactional systems, CRM, Google Analytics), and developing our understanding of patterns and trends in customer behaviour.

The successful candidate will be innately inquisitive and looking to build and develop a career in analytics and insight, preferably within the entertainment industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Provide insight into customer behaviour and identify trends to guide marketing strategy across Ticketmaster UK and Ireland.
• Undertake analysis to support marketing activities and channel performance
• Create regular and ad hoc reports for internal/external clients
• Communicate findings of analysis throughout the business/to non-data specialists
• Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the marketing role as directed by the CRM Manager and VP Marketing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Graduate calibre
• Numerate and logical; adept at performing basic statistical analysis
• Demonstrable ability in interpreting and analysing data
• Ability to present data in a clear and compelling way, in written reports and through data visualisation
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, complex formula)
