PROJECT MANAGER | NA REPORTING

Division: Ticketmaster NA
Line Manager: VP, Global Maps Team
Contract Terms: Permanent 40 hours per week
THE TEAM
The Maps Technology team is responsible for providing innovative products and technology to support ticket sales via mobile/web-based venue maps.
THE JOB
The Project Manager | NA is a producer of Ticketmaster's Interactive Seat Maps (ISMs) and will be responsible for reporting and data storytelling in order to help us design products and processes. The Project Manager is a member of the Maps Technology Organization and will work with the North American and European Maps Operations teams, and Field Operations in all markets.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Management
• The Project Manager works with Product Management to help clarify workflow inefficiencies and prioritization for tool wishlist
• Works with Directors and Leads to track map analyst build metrics
Work Management
• Reports on submission quality from Field Operations in all markets
• Works with New Delhi QA team to ensure vetting and PR quality
• With Director and Product Manager, collates Client Support team feature requests and bugs for Dev team
• Helps Product Team manage Jira backlog
Communication
• Creates monthly reports for all markets
• Creates ad hoc reports for team directors and leads
• Uses data to help set tool development and production prioritization
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Three years of experience on the TM Maps team or comparable experience in an outside role
• Fundamental knowledge of Ticketmaster host seating chart structure and Microflex inventory creation
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Familiarity with SQL
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
