JOB DESCRIPTION – Finance Administrator I
Location: Hollywood
Division: Ticketmaster US
Line Manager: Sr Manager
Contract Terms: 40 hours per week (full time)
THE TEAM
The contract management functions of our team are to effectively capture contractual terms, validate event creation, service charges revenue and expense to remit settlement payments to our clients timely and accurate
THE JOB
In the role, you will work closely with contract agreements and how terms are programmed in SAP. Validate that correct financial terms are used on events.
Obtain proper approvals from Client Development and Finance Directors to program event exceptions when needed. As well as processing weekly journal entries
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Investigate failed calculation validations and resolve failure through financial changes
• Work with regional and segment staff on pending cases and event errors
• Clear event error exception prior to event on sale
• Validate event build based on TM Host internal date and flagging
• Client liability, Netzero
• Chargeback invoicing
• Prepare payment packages and send out to clients
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
• Knowledge of basic Excel skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Current knowledge or the ability to learn SAP ICM
• Current Knowledge or the ability to learn TM Host
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail oriented
