THE ROLE:

The Fan Engagement Coordinator is responsible for communicating with music fans on a daily basis, managing guest relations at Country Nation festivals, and analyzing how to improve guest experiences.

What the job is:
• Management and coordination of fan service program for Country Nation festivals.
• Analyze and respond to all fan festival emails in a timely manner.
• Manage guest services for Country Nation festivals including hiring and training staff and submitting daily recaps during festival weekends.
• Create guest services staff guides.
• Analyze post festival fan survey results and provide a report to the festival team.

What a qualified candidate should possess:
• A high school diploma/GED required.
• Experience of 1-3 years in the concert, festival or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google Docs. Adobe Photoshop and graphic design skills are a plus.
• Flexible work hours and ability to travel
• Superior communication, guest service skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work under high pressure situations.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
