THE ROLE:
The Compliance Program Operations Co-Ordinator will report to the Compliance Strategy & Operations Director, to provide operational co-ordination and support across any aspect of the Compliance portfolio as required. This could take the form of managing a project end-to-end, providing support for a Compliance program or running a program owned by the Compliance Strategy & Operations team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO:
Manage Compliance projects end-to-end using PM best practices, including:
• Stakeholder management
• Accurate and timely project reporting
• Management of risks and issues
• Oversight and co-ordination of the project plan
• Co-ordination of Compliance programs across the Compliance portfolio of Core Compliance, Regulatory & Legal Compliance, GRC Training, Website Compliance, ESG Compliance
• Assistance with the Mergers & Acquisition program
• Operational Co-ordination and management of Compliance programs run by the Compliance Strategy & Operations Team
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 2+ years experience in project management, project co-ordination or support.
• Excellent computer skills including experience with enterprise software systems, project management tools, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills required.
• Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders, technical and non-technical, and at all levels.
• Ability to work in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones.
