THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated IT professional to help make us ever more efficient. You will be responsible for the implementation, support, and monitoring of multiple high-profile SAAS applications. In addition, you will help to analyze our current systems and assets, as well as recommend and implement solutions and upgrades.
Our ideal candidate has knowledge of application maintenance, experience managing multiple projects, and advanced industry knowledge to keep us on the forefront. The Application Support team is regularly expanding its portfolio and you will be helping to build processes and best practices to ensure that the needs of business users are fully addressed, and continuous improvement is being achieved.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Application support for LNE's cloud applications, potentially including:
• Asana
• Box
• G Suite
• Lucidchart
• Zendesk
• Documenting and maintaining app runbook
• Reporting on performance and adoption of cloud applications
• Responding to application license requests in a timely manner
• Provide support to our internal customers on issues with our cloud applications
• Assist in instructing staff in the use of cloud applications
• Complete IT projects individually or on teams as directed by management
• Provide documentation and guidance on cloud application usage
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• B.S. in computer science or related field and/or experience in lieu of degree, or at least 4 years of comparable work experience
• Extensive knowledge of cloud applications and Software as a Service
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform a plus.
• 4 years+ of demonstrated progressive technical experience in an application support role
