The Role:

Responsible for assisting the Catering Department with food set up, serving, and take down. Confidentiality is very critical to this role

Job Functions:
• Set up/clean up of dining room spaces before and after meal times.
• Preparation of food for backstage crew and artists.
• Washing dishes before, during, and after meals.
• Keeping the kitchen and prep spaces clean and sanitized throughout the day.
• Maintaining clean dining room space throughout each meal.(Wiping tables, cleaning serving line, restoring tables and chairs, etc.)
• Ensuring that food and drink services are well stocked throughout the day.
• Following sanitary food handling and distributing measures throughout the day.
• Miscellaneous work on as needed basis.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be reliable, extremely responsible and have a positive attitude.
• Must show complete discretion about work.
• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English.
• Must be available to work long hours, beginning early in the morning and ending late.
• Culinary or restaurant experience recommended, but not required.
• ​Appropriate dress and conduct for backstage atmosphere.
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs
