Over the next 24 months, we are set to expand our services to include completion bonds, entertainment payroll services, entertainment collections (CAMA), and a US distribution arm. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading our finance department through a period of significant business expansion, corporate transactions, and capital raises. This role requires a strong financial leader with a proven track record in managing complex financial operations, preferably within the entertainment industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Lead and oversee all financial operations for The Screen Company and its subsidiaries.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support business expansion and growth initiatives.
  • Corporate Transactions: Manage and execute corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
  • Capital Management: Oversee capital management, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Banking Relationships: Leverage existing relationships with entertainment banks such as Banc of California, City National Bank, and Western Alliance Bank to support financial activities.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong background in corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Experience in managing financial operations for multiple subsidiaries.
  • Demonstrated success in leading corporate transactions and capital raises.
  • Existing relationships with entertainment banks (Banc of California, City National Bank, Western Alliance Bank, etc.).
  • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
