Beam is looking for a Coordinator who will be responsible for processing multimedia distribution and deliverables requests for both Mill and Beam clients. As a Coordinator you will assist in the daily operation of the Distribution and Deliverables department, working with Mill Producers, Clients and Suppliers across the US and International network.

Responsibilities:
• Process client requests for transcoding and digital asset delivery from Mill/Beam clients.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Mill personnel, clients and suppliers.
• Provide advice and guidance on technical issues to clients and Mill NY.
• Work closely with MCR and Despatch to ensure deliverables are completed quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with offices in London, New York, Chicago and LA to archive and distribute media assets.
• Responsible for the accurate billing of completed work.

Qualifications
• Relevant experience in a broadcast/digital/post-production environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills required, both in person and in writing.
• Able to work flexible hours as volume dictates, in office and from home
• Self-starter and Pro-active attitude a must.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team.
• Able to multitask to meet shifting deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
