Finance Coordinator (CW Network)

The Job

The CW Network, LLC seeks a Finance Coordinator for the Finance department.

The Daily
• Responsible for reviewing and tracking of all SAG/AFTRA payroll totaling more $2 million per year.
• Responsible for reviewing and tracking all non-union freelance payroll totaling more than $1.3 million per year
• Issue monthly freelance usage reports Track FTE equivalency for each calendar year
• Assist in tracking all T&E expenditures
• Assist in tracking all pCard expenditures
• Miscellaneous accounting duties as assigned Provide general office assistance to EVP/CFO

The Essentials
• High School diploma required.
• Typing: 55 wpm preferred.
• Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Finance concepts.
• Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
• Knowledge of report, letter, etc. format.
• Previous experience in TV Network and/or entertainment industry strongly preferred.
