Job Description

• Serve as OTT/CTV product and capabilities advisor to NBC and Telemundo local sales teams in the U.S.
• Work within the group and across teams in a fast-paced environment to support the general market and Hispanic OTT/CTV product
• Meet with clients to discuss and optimize campaign performance and develop longer term OTT strategy
• Aid sales team in the overall RFP planning process, including analyzing available inventory with the goal to provide audience targeted digital media proposals to agencies and advertisers
• Work with research to evaluate different targeting options with a focus on scale, price, and data partners
• Aid sales team in the overall RFP pricing process, including analyzing multi layered product and pricing options; provide guidance and recommendations for competitive and profitable proposals
• Coordinate with digital campaign and sales teams to track campaign pacing and delivery; provide recommendations to optimize delivery
• Work in various ad server and data visualization software (i.e. Freewheel, Campaign dashboard, and Tableau)
• Research trends and needs in the OTT/Video advertising industry; work with team to develop product roadmap to enhance current capabilities and define future product development
• Monitor competition to help build SWOT analyses and suggest product improvements
• Promote product/business brand positioning and values internally and externally
• Interact with advertisers and agencies on calls/meetings to represent current and future capabilities and gather market feedback/needs
• Deliver superior internal and external customer service with clear and concise communication for technical questions
• Work with sales, marketing, research, technology partners, and finance teams supporting product
• Assist in the creation of case studies and OTT insights
• Coordinate with DCMs and AEs on development of campaign renewals and revenue growth based on client/program insights
• Work with the traffic/operations team on campaigns if needed

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital ad sales products and or sales support
• Minimum 3 years of experience in media
• 4 -year college degree
• Detail oriented, data driven, and highly analytical
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of digital targeting, measurement, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, DFP)
