Job Description


Essential Responsibilities
• Team with each station's Account Executives to understand client goals and objectives and suggest solutions
• Work with all internal departments (Ad Ops, Marketing, Management, Site Team, Creative Services, Research etc.)
• Master all software systems needed to assess available digital inventory, input orders and campaign reports
• Work with external vendors (Third-party audience providers)
• Handle client services and ensure all digital campaigns get live on time, including collection of assets and working with Ad Ops and third-party vendors
• Create weekly daily or monthly campaign reports as requested by clients
• Communicate campaign ''highlights'' and/or red flags to AEs/Manager to enable resolution with client
• Coordinate with AEs on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
• Work closely with the Digital Sales Lead & Sales Managers to tactically drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales process
• Attend weekly calls with fellow DCMs and Ad Ops management to learn new systems and best practices, communicating them back to the station sales team
• Manage sponsorship calendars
• Handle all ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner
• Monitor campaigns to ensure delivery (running internal and 3rd party reporting) assist with billing
• Ensure post-campaign research studies are properly coordinated, where applicable
• Deliver campaign recap to AEs and/or clients summarizing performance

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of online experience in media planning or client service role
• Two years of project media related projects
• Digital Media Industry experience preferred
• Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Power Point, and MS Word
• Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge a plus

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
