Responsibilities
NBCU Telemundo Enterprises, one of the Spanish-language leading media and entertainment companies, is hiring a Coordinator of Digital Content on the Corporate Communications team. We are seeking a creative content leader, with exceptional visual communication skills, continued development, and daily publication of content for our digital screens, internal websites, and more. This person will help to further define an editorial vision and create original content to share the stories of Telemundo with colleagues and consumers around the world. This position reports to the Manager, Internal Communications.

Job Duties
• Assist in creating employee engagement and internal communications campaigns that leverage our internal platforms and social media.
• Assist in writing stories and managing content for the weekly newsletter and the intranet.
• Drive the continued growth of digital communications across all platforms (internal and external), with a focus on digital signage across the enterprise.
• Build out an editorial calendar and develop an appropriate structure.
• Work collaboratively with digital signage vendor on strategy, software improvements, and approach, acting as a lead voice for digital media.
• Interact with digital designers, information architects, and local content managers to create and maintain content across the enterprise.
• Proofreading and testing of digital content with our internal and external technology partners
• Create digital assets to be featured on the different internal channels (banners, infographics, gifs, memes, etc.)
• Track and prepare regular metrics reports for digital content.
• Assist in the coordination of employee events such as special screenings of new programs, employee Town Hall meetings, among others.
• Help with administrative functions for Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications team, as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or student
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment

Additional Job Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Desired Characteristics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written, required.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills along with creative ideas to tell the stories.
• Knowledgeable in digital content (editorial, communications, or marketing).
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines, juggle multiple assignments simultaneously, and maintain a flexible work schedule.
• A passion for technology and vendors/suppliers to improve/enhance the digital workplace.
• Engaging, detail-oriented, and compelling writing/editing skills.
• Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office Suite, and related business and communication tools. (Microsoft 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Yammer, Stream, and Teams.)
• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro preferred), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience producing and editing video interviews, event sizzles, etc.
• Familiar with content management systems (E.g., WordPress, X2O, AppSpace, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiar with email marketing programs (preferred but not required).
