Premion, a leading ''Over-the-Top'' advertising and media business seeks a talented and dedicated Senior Manager - Yield.
The Team
This position is part of a larger Yield Management Team that is responsible for risk mitigation and campaign stewardship, maximizing revenue while managing publisher relations delivery and maintaining margin profits. Our Yield Management team is tasked with inventory control and strategic ad placements. The team is primarily located within New York, NY and Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities: The Position
• This position reports directly to the Director of Yield Management.
• This position is to work alongside the Director of Yield Management to ensure that delivery across all sales channels is executed smoothly according to clients', stations', and executives' expectations.
• This position is responsible for devising yield management strategies based on data provided by internal and other interdepartmental team members.
The Senior Manager – Yield will lead a team of yield analysts and will be responsible for
• review workload volumes
• evolve the training program for existing and new yield team members within order setup and campaign management
• host weekly team meetings where case studies and important updates are announced
• Regularly monitor performance on profitability, partner delivery strategy, cost, and margin profit analysis, sell-through of inventory snapshots, delivery and revenue at risk, client KPI reporting and tracking goals, and change strategy as needed.
• Candidate must be strong in conflict resolution, strategy, problem-solving, and communication across various internal stakeholders at different levels.
• This position is responsible for regularly meeting with various internal stakeholders across, Client Services, Ad Operations, Finance, Planning, Business Development, and Product Engineering. to ensure workflow processes are evolving as Premion is constantly changing to better position itself within the marketplace.
• You must specifically work alongside the Data Engineering Team to ensure that enhancements to current toolsets are constantly built that innovate processes and cut down on turnaround time for delivery to internal stakeholders.

Location Preference for candidates located within Phoenix, AZ, or New York, NY. The position is required to be able to commute into the office on a hybrid schedule. The hybrid schedule is subject to change as company policies are updated.

• Prior knowledge of the media industry within revenue/ad operations (3+ years a plus)

• You enjoy being strategic and problem-solving.
• You can leverage quantitative thinking.
• You have excellent attention to detail. Able to set high standards and hold yourself and your team accountable.

• Target of 3 year+ with analytics or adops teams
• Experience with FreeWheel or similar ad-serving solution a strong plus.
• Experience with Programmatic (a plus)
• Experience with Double Verify (a plus)
• Excellent verbal, written, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to set high standards and hold yourself accountable
• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree a plus
