Primary Responsibilities:
• Serving as a liaison between Business stakeholders and Technology teams
• Design and maintain all IT process according operation policies through standardization of methods
• Oversee the life cycle of IT systems and prepare detailed reports for executive management
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency
• Managing, tracking, and reporting CAPEX/OPEX budget
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost planning to management
• Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of operational processes, including budgetary guidelines, sourcing, and asset deployment in coordination with other Technology groups
• Oversee the vendor communication, coordinating purchasing, shipping and tracking of orders
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
• Construct workflow charts and process for smoother execution
• Oversee materials and inventory management process
• Ownership of IT store management and tracking stock availability
• Participate and manage all initiative requirements for other technology groups
• Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures
• Review and maintain all IT process according operation policies through standardization of methods
• Performing requirements analysis in coordination with other technology and business groups
• Allocating IT resources and maintaining cost efficiency

• Hands on experience working in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Operations support role
