The Business Tools and Intelligence (BTI) department is expanding its team to support Operations and Innovation across all brands of Technicolor Production Services in Animation, Games, VFX and Advertising.

Tasks:
• Manage one or multiple ticketing systems and coordinate incoming incidents between two teams
• Operate and prioritise incoming incidents under pressure
• Monitor service levels across a global user base
• Report to the Global Program Manager on trends in incidents and user problems
• Liaise with the Product Manager and SCRUM Master in organizing the Support Team

Qualifications

Experience:
• Has experience operating in fast-paced global organizations
• Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
• Previous management of an incident management / ticketing system in a corporate environment preferred
• Experience in an enterprise software environment beneficial

Skills:
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of MSSQL databases highly beneficial
