• Work with the TCS Service Manager and EIT functional leads to visualize Enterprise Technology delivery and supplier performance across applications and infrastructure services.
• Analyze critical data sets to highlight and spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards to provide EIT leadership with a view on service, security levels, and technology performance.
• Support Enterprise IT Leadership in the development of operational reporting for use with business stakeholders. Develop required data tables using SQL and present reporting dashboards via Power BI.
• When required, assist in review of ITIL process and in creating and maintaining IT operational workflows, knowledge documents, reports, and communications to IT and 3rd parties.
• Assist in reviewing SLA and OLA performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
• Skilled in SQL scripting and Power BI
• Skilled in data analysis and techniques
• Proficient in ITSM tool administration and management
• Proficient in using Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• At least 2 years' experience as an IT Service Management Analyst
• Ability to manage their work pipeline as well as work as part of a team.
• Familiar with ITIL Service Management processes and Incident Management experience
