Technicolor's brands have worked on the spectacular scenes and tiny details that make movies, advertising campaigns and Animation movies truly mind-blowing. This role will assist the global Technicolor Creative Studios PR team in developing and executing PR campaigns across Film, Advertising, Episodic and Gaming work in addition to corporate external communications.

The applicant will be responsible for assisting in coordinating PR opportunities including broadcast, print and digital coverage, in addition to industry speaking opportunities and awards submissions.

The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting abilities, impeccable organizational skills, effective communication skills and the ability to manage several ongoing projects at once.

The candidate will be required to work across time zones assisting a global team that spans Europe and the US (United States).

Key responsibilities:
• Making media pitches for Technicolor India campaigns
• Press coordination
• Executing conferences, summits and other events with Technicolor India participation
• Calendar management and coordination for the local/global PR team
• Aggregation of performance metrics across PR campaigns
• Maintaining a database of media contacts
• Maintaining a database of press coverage across TCS brands
• Writing press announcement and pitch drafts
• Coordinating Technicolor hosted webinars and PR-related events such as Junkets
• Coordinating with brand Marketing teams to generate news on the studio's latest releases
• Working with Technicolor Creative Studios' digital team to ensure relevant PR stories are featured across brand digital channels
• Communicating with clients with regards to promotional materials and legal permissions
• Coordinating visual assets with the Technicolor Creative Studios design team for PR campaigns
• Building internal presentations and decks
• Taking meeting notes and following up with action points
• Keeping project management tools and shared documents up to date

Qualifications
• 1-3 years in a PR role
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Media network
• Ability to pitch to media
• Proven copy-writing ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Careful attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple, changing priorities and to meet deadlines
• Adept at Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn systems and software programs
• Great PPT skills
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues across global time zones
