Job Description

PURPOSE OF JOB
As part of the Pulse operations team, this role is responsible for onboarding and image processing technical support for various Technicolor software products. They will be responsible for setting up image processing pipelines and become an advocate and instructor for day to day use of our software solutions.

KEY DELIVERABLES
• Act as a point of contact for internal producers and external clients on all PULSE and RUSH shows.
• Ensure deliverable due dates are reached on time.
• Attend internal calls or meetings as needed to maintain project setup is completed on time.
• Manage customer change requests by negotiating implementation timelines with internal departments and other divisions/facilities.
• Proactively identify potential issues/delays with active projects, coordinate internal solutions, and communicate status back to producers.
• Educate and advise clients about workflow development, as well as new or improved service offerings.
• Act as liaison between producer team, operations, and other Technicolor facilities to track workflow changes and improvements.
• against set milestones.
• Initiate corrective action process as needed. Create policies and procedures to improve quality of deliverables in the future.
• Other duties as assigned.

LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE

The Pulse Operations role will also be involved in process planning and improvements, flagging issues with existing workflows and identifying new opportunities for growth based on software usage and client feedback. They will be an advocate for the product, helping onboard both internal and external users.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of entertainment post experience (dailies, VFX, or DI experience preferred).
• 3+ years of experience with image processing software (Colorfront, Nuke, Resolve)
• Extensive knowledge of post-production workflows and automation pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 3+ years of experience working directly working with VFX companies on setting up color pipelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
