• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between ERP IT systems and various applications.
• Work closely with security architects, application architects, and business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Utilize expertise in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) and API technologies to design efficient and scalable integration solutions.
• Build, test and deploy new integrations to meet business process needs and system requirements.
• Maintain TCS EIT integration and security standards, ensuring they align with industry best practices. Regularly review and update integration standards to keep pace with evolving technologies and industry advancements.
• Collaborate with the MSP integration team to enforce and maintain these standards for new and existing integrations.
• Support MSP cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve integration issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Oversee any changes to existing integrations, ensuring they adhere to established standards, correctly support business processes, and do not compromise system integrity or security.
• Implement and manage change processes for integration modifications.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in EAI and API technologies.

Qualifications
• Experienced in designing and implementing systems integrations between ERP systems and diverse portfolio of enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, WorkDay, Coupa)
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in EAI and API technologies and familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to integration solutions.
• Experience in configuration of Generix TradeExpress and Redwood runmyjob or similar integration platforms.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise integration technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
• Self-starter with a proactive and hands-on approach to responsibilities.
