Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic mid-level HR Operations professional who is looking to take their career to the next level, who has strong knowledge of local employment legislation, has extensive experience of supporting payroll, is an advocate of the full employee lifecycle experience and is comfortable communicating with local and global team members at every level.
Your core role will include locally support ing the creation of HR policies, processes, and services for our Poland
office , including providing a remarkable
on/offboarding experience , contract management and payroll. This is a stand-alone role, and you will need to be a person that is comfortable rolling their sleeves up to get the job done and to be the face of HR for our Polish team.
Reporting into the HR Service Delivery Manger (Europe), and supporting the Brand/Functional HRBPs, the individual will have responsibility for managing the local delivery of effective 'full employee cycle' HR Services, with the Warsaw location , the role is Warsaw based . There is also the opportunity to be involved in providing operational HR support to other European locations within TCS.
Essential Skills ( minimum requirement)
• Generalist experience of working in the Human Resources function relating to local payroll, HR administration, recruiting, onboarding, policy compliance, training, and employee benefits.
• Excellent organisation and document management skills
• Strong Knowledge of Polish Labour Law
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Experience of HR systems (Workday preferred)
• Experience of Polish payroll (uploads to payroll)
Additional duties include:
• Provide dedicated operational HR guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day queries such as HR policies, HR processes, training, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and local engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process locally for new hires, including (but not limited to) contract preparation and system/email account set up.
• Mange the absence processes locally (including medical, holidays etc)
• Management of all payrolls related data and ensure accurate processing/reporting.
• Support the HRBPs with employee relations issues, ensuring they are promptly reported, thoroughly investigated, and appropriately resolved.
• Management of local benefit plans, registration, and invoice management
• Provide advice and counsel to leaders and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliance-driven work environment.
• Ensure proper implementation of HR processes including compensation planning and compliance, learning and development, and other wider organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs/CEO leaders and their teams) on other HR projects as necessary.
• Management of employment certificates and other company documents needed by employees.
• Preparation of any other HR related documentation as needed, including, but not limited to annexes, policies, agreements, termination notices.
• Regularly stay up-to with Polish HR trends, and law updates . Inform and advise the business as required to ensure it remains compliant.
