The Executive Assistant is responsible for executing various administrative and operational aspects as support for global executive leadership. This role requires high-level of confidentiality, a self-starter and learner, and comfortability carrying out tasks in a professional and timely manner. This role will work cross-functionally and may be tasked with special projects as assigned by CEO / CSO / COO.

Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:
• Prioritizing and organizing emails; responding to emails on behalf of executives when appropriate
• Coordinating calendars and meetings; reviewing global meetings cadence on a quarterly basis
• Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, presentations, events and townhalls
• Collect and submit expense reports; POs and invoices
• Book and coordinate travel
• Assisting in onboarding executive and senior leadership
• Maintain and update project tracking, team dashboards, licenses, ownership, and approvers for various systems and applications
• Help organize meeting notes and transcribe feedback for other members of the leadership team
• Provide market and industry research
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications
• BA or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience supporting senior leadership
• High level of Microsoft Office proficiency
• Adobe Creative programs knowledge a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High-level of confidentiality
• Time-management and organization skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
