In the context of the development of its animation projects, Mikros Animation Paris and Montreal are looking for a CG Supervisor. The CG Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director & Producer (as well as with the Art, Lookdev, Asset Creation/Completion and other Production Departments), develops the technical approach needed to achieve the desired Look and behavior of the assets in a Fully Computer Animated Feature Film.
• Identify, define, prioritize, and implement a specific creative workflow process which will enhance the productions creative tools.
• Create, develop, and build consensus between the Technology, Artists, and Production Management department to assist the Director(s) in realizing their vision(s).
• Work closely with HR department, Line Producer and producer to define recruiting goals to achieve the appropriate balance of qualified talents.
• Work with Technology, Lookdev, and Production Management to define and produce R&D goals for the production. These goals should be based on the look, the pipeline, and workflow of all the departments.

Qualifications
• Serious knowledge in Maya, ShotGun, Katana, Arnold , Nuke (Essential)
• Excellent interdepartmental communication skills ( CG Producer, the artistic department and with the ''floor team'')
• High sense of communication especially with the directors, Line producer , the Art Department and with the '' floor team''
• Completely bilingual (French/English)
• Should have completed one CGI animation movie as a CG sup.
• Capacity to respect tight deadlines
• A good knowledge and experience in all areas of 3D (modeling, rigging, texturing, look development, environments, creature FX, lighting and FX)
