Working closely with production leads, clients, and stage teams, this position ensures every key moment is recorded with clarity and delivered in polished, shareable formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cameras during general sessions, awards ceremonies, and other live event activities.
  • Capture wide shots, close-ups, and dynamic angles that reflect the live energy of the event.
  • Edit highlight videos and recap reels that showcase the best moments for clients, participants, and promotional use.
  • Collaborate with production teams to align footage with the event’s vision and script.
  • Ensure footage quality (lighting, framing, audio sync) meets professional standards.
  • Organize and manage digital assets for easy access by clients and teammates.
  • Work efficiently under tight turnaround times, delivering polished highlight videos during or immediately after events.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with cameras, recording equipment, and editing software in real time.
  • Support livestreaming or projection needs when required.
  • Mentor and encourage student or volunteer assistants, modeling professionalism and technical skill.

Leadership & Culture Expectations

  • Model TEAMTRI’s values: Love, Listen, Learn, Character, Create, Commit.
  • Represent TEAMTRI with professionalism both on-site and online, ensuring client confidence and audience impact.
  • Collaborate with other TEAMTRI agencies to integrate camera and video work into larger event outcomes.
  • Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, staying calm under pressure.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment when working with students, volunteers, and colleagues.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all visuals reflect TEAMTRI’s culture of positivity, care, and high standards.

What Success Looks Like

  • Live event moments are captured seamlessly and professionally.
  • Highlight reels showcase the best of the event and generate excitement and pride for clients and participants.
  • Clients trust TEAMTRI to deliver high-quality video assets quickly and reliably.
  • Footage is organized and edited efficiently, creating an archive of content that can be used long after the event.
  • Student leaders and volunteers feel encouraged and inspired by exposure to professional production practices.
  • Videos reflect TEAMTRI’s mission by amplifying leadership, energy, and impact for every audience.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior experience in camera operation and video editing is required. Live event production experience highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in camera operation, video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent), and digital asset management. Strong attention to detail, framing, and storytelling.
  • Mindset: Creative, collaborative, and able to thrive in high-paced live event environments.
