The Job
Our Atlanta based Brand Solutions team is searching for their next Marketing Coordinator to support the Brand Solutions Director.

The Team
The Brand Solutions team acts as the primary communication point connecting Content Partnerships with the tbs, TNT & truTV Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Social and Digital groups to ensure the Sales force has the insights & information they need to sell against the properties, platforms & campaigns. They are the go-to when Content Partnerships has questions, concerns or is tasked with responding to an RFP (request for proposal). Collaborating with show leads & key creatives, the Brand Solutions team aids in the concepting & project management of all RFP responses.

Working across all three networks - tbs, TNT & truTV -- & knowledgeable about all of the shows, they often step in to help with cross-network & multi-show initiatives, bridging the gap & forging synergies between the multiple teams. This is a bit of a catchall department & working within it is sure to provide an amazing opportunity for collaboration, the opportunity to build relationships across a number of departments & an overall fruitful & rewarding experience!

The Daily
• Facilitate cross-network campaign tracking, integrating into the conversations around key show launches & capturing key beats as they pertain to a sponsor
• Assist in preparation for meetings and presentations - setting up calls, building decks & presentation materials, taking meeting notes
• Participate in the sponsorship ideation process - brainstorming, concepting & selling in your ideas to internal teams
• Track & collaborate on cross-network marketing & programming tentpoles
• Proactively seek out sponsorship opportunities within the WarnerMedia walls & inspiring executions in the industry
• Network with members of an array of departments to better understand the business as a whole

Who You Are
• You have 2+ years of marketing (internships count!) and it's a plus if you have experience managing marketing campaigns either on the client or agency side.
• It's also a plus if you have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing or related field
• You have impeccable communication skills and operate with the mindset of it's better to over-communicate rather than under-communicate.
• Your strengths are being able to multitask & excel in a fast-paced environment
• You're a creative at heart with excellent organizational skills and an ability to think with your right-brain -- creative, thoughtful & subjective -- as well as your left brain -- logical, analytical & objective
• You take notes in a way that would make your professor proud
• You create a presentation deck in a manner that makes your graphic designer friend jealous
• Brainstorming is your happy place
• You're a team player & self-starter who is eager to dive in, no matter the size of the task
• You're no newbie when it comes to Outlook, Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) & Google Docs (e.g. Docs, Sheets and Slides)
