The Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator will be responsible for managing and maximizing the day-to-day functionality of Adaptive Insights and the integration with Netsuite. This role will proactively support critical business strategies by directing the maintenance and, as needed, further development of the system while collaborating cross-functionally with business leaders.Our Values:

What you'll be doing:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Adaptive Insights who will create and revise configurations and customizations to meet evolving business and operational needs
• Manage data integrations into Adaptive Insights from NetSuite, Boostr and other source systems to include troubleshooting intermittent data and or break/fix issues
• Work closely with the Director of Finance and team to ensure not only timely and accurate financial reporting, but also provide technical guidance to users to ensure optimization of the system
• Create robust analytical frameworks to analyze the performance at Tastemade within Adaptive Insights for the purposes of facilitating the Company's annual budgeting exercise and recurring forecasts
• Through design sessions, analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient applications within Adaptive Insight. This will require developing robust analytical frameworks and often translation from spreadsheet-based models.
• Support users Office Connect use cases and create templates within Adaptive to standardize reporting
• Perform additional tasks related to the administration of Adaptive Insights as needed
What you'll bring:
• 4+ years experience with system administration & a minimum of 2 years experience supporting finance team in a high growth tech company or consulting role
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or relevant field
• Adaptive Insights expert with two full life cycle implementations of Adaptive Insights
• Deep knowledge of Adaptive Planning suite
• Excellent data analysis skills, using key tools within Excel and G-Suite
• Experience integrating and connecting financial reporting and analysis programs to accounting systems
• Experience maintaining connections between financial reporting and planning systems and accounting systems, and ensuring data integrity
