Summary of Position

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented product manager with proven digital/mobile experience to drive our direct to consumer product development roadmap. You will be responsible for building and executing against a technology roadmap that maximizes the efficiency of our A/B testing, new feature development and marketing channel strategies that drive traffic to- and awareness of- our cross platform experiences.

This person will work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute against our A/B testing framework, both internal and with vendors, oversee the day to day development of our feature releases and support data-driven experiments from ideation to implementation. In this role, you will be charged with gathering business requirements, defining product requirements and user stories, working with engineering teams to design solutions and implement the stories, and approving completed work as part of User Acceptance Testing. The role requires a passion for results, a commitment to prioritization, and an attitude that anything is possible even under the constraints of ambiguity.

Responsibilities
• We seek a polished product leader to help construct a relevant and dynamic CX with a particular focus on Android and FireTV (Amazon apps). This effort will push the boundaries of how STARZ raises the bar on the direct-to-consumer app experience and retains customers.

• Develop year-long customer acquisition plans and CX experimentation roadmap to drive lifetime value/revenue and retention

• Work closely with design and 3rd party vendors to identify CX needs through A/B testing and optimization of STARZ' features across mobile and SmartTVs

• Continually assess competitive offerings to ensure product differentiation and competitiveness

• Develop Quarterly and Annual Business reviews on the health of our KPIs and goals

• Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs; ensure broad awareness of, and empathy for, customer pain points

• Oversee the flow of data between Marketing Technology tools and work with engineering, BI, and analytics to ensure consistency and accuracy of events/attributes match intended marketing goals

Experience & Skills
• 5 -7 years of experience in a product role working preferably in a digital, mobile, or subscription business within the entertainment, direct to consumer (retail) or streaming media sector

• Strong understanding of marketing technologies and a track record of delivering sophisticated solutions across acquisition & retention marketing functions

• Excel at juggling multiple projects, staying organized and prioritizing deadlines

• Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams

• Strong background in overseeing a product roadmap and development for Android

• Extensive experience with A/B testing and multi-variate testing

• Comfortable in a data-driven business environment and able to pivot readily based on real-time data

• Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude

• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations and how they impact a MarTech stack implementation a bonus

• Experience with GA360, Tableau, Optimizely, Leanplum preferred
