Summary of Position

The STARZ Marketing & Creative Operations team offers long term campaign and creative planning, end to end project management and tracking, and cross-functional support to ensure cohesive, integrated workflows, communication, and strategies throughout the business.

As a Sr. Campaign Manager, you would manage the campaign workflow from green light through post finale awards planning for worldwide distributed original series titles. You would be responsible for project management of all promotional assets needed by our cross-functional teams. This means that you are a nimble, solutions-oriented, production & creative operations expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will routinely need to bridge competing priorities amongst global, cross-functional teams, while providing marketing and creative teams the room needed to focus on strategy and creative media asset development.

Responsibilities
• Managing all aspects of multiple Originals Series marketing campaign workflows and ensuring all milestones are met from green light to post finale

• Managing logistics and tracking deliverables through creative brief, strategy and launch decks, creative reviews and approvals, localization and finishing

• Facilitating and managing communication and deliverables across internal teams and external agency partners, while ensuring all assets are delivered on time and budget

• Ensuring creative teams have all information and resources needed prior to project kick off, following up with stakeholders as needed, in a timely manner

• Maintaining project management tools with accurate timelines, updates and project status, while adjusting schedules as needed and notifying affected teams if delays occur

• Facilitating the proper agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc.) between external agencies prior to kicking off projects or sharing marketing materials

• Managing campaign budgets, invoice tracking and final processing

Qualifications & Skills
• 8+ years creative project management and creative production experience, preferably at an entertainment studio, network or agency

• Experience working with various internal teams and agency partners to shepherd a project from kick off through delivery

• Experience with production and post production workflows (Print, Digital, Video)

• Eager to participate in creating reliable processes for marketing and creative teams to execute successful global campaigns

• Understanding that a strong operational foundation is at the core of great creative

• Multitasking and being able to manage multiple campaigns with varying timelines at once

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

• Working collaboratively and proactively as a problem solver, but also knowing when to ask questions

• Being able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

• Experience with project management tools (i.e. Adobe Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Compensation

$97,125 - $117,495
