Summary of Position

The Senior ERP Application Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and all related applications. They will be responsible for analyzing issues and providing solutions to the end-users of the applications. They will Install, debug, administer and support these applications. At times, they may need to modify the ERP system and related applications including configuring, debugging, and testing to support the successful use by the organization. The Senior ERP Application Engineer will need to work closely with the user community to ensure that the systems are meeting the needs of the business. They will act as a resource to the team in their areas of expertise.

Responsibilities
• Supports, maintains, and troubleshoots the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and all related applications. including Workday, ADP WorforceNow, Adaptive Insights, and others.

• Configures SaaS applications and any related client components.

• Implements or configures new modules based on business needs.

• Performs data import/export and integration activities.

• Performs or manages periodic upgrades in a timely manner to ensure software stays current,

• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrates skilled project and change management processes.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.

• 5-7 years of Workday HCM and Financials experience.

• Experienced in managing enterprise level SaaS applications.

• Knowledge of General accounting principles and practices.

• Knowledge of general HR practices and workflows

• Available after hours and weekends as necessary and carry a mobile device with the potential for rotating on-call duty.

• Make recommendations on new products and procedures to reduce costs and increase operational efficiencies.

• Engages in the technical community to understand technology trends, solutions, and their application to Starz.

Compensation

$95,400 – $149,300
