Job Description

Summary of Position

Seamlessly coordinate day-to-day office service administration and provide reception assistance which includes answering phones and recognizing all visitors of Starz Entertainment.

Responsibilities
• Manage backend of fob system- adding new hires, removing separated employees, keeping track of loaner fobs, assigning restricted building areas to approved personnel, and coordinating front door access for holidays.

• Liaise with parking for new hire activation and reserved parking removal for formal employees. Submit overnight parking forms and use judgement to implement missing fob policies when necessary.

• Update the SM Phone List, Assistant/Coordinator List, Floor Warden List, and submit employees' telephone numbers and office/cubicle location to LG Intranet.

• Draft companywide correspondences as needed.

• Communicate daily needs with day porter to ensure cleanliness in building and relay any safety issues to security.

• Train temporary receptionists/facility new hires.

• Respond to safety risks with e-mail announcements, signage, and actionable fixes.

• Provide setup for new hires with name tags.

• Owner of Green Commute-fulfill any requests for cash out program and brainstorm incentives, submit annual ETC survey and pitch ideas to promote future emission reduction practices.

• Handle any additional requests as directed.

Experience & Skills
• Associate's Degree preferred; or equivalent from a two-year technical school; Minimum six months related experience; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
