The North America Community & Culture team plays a critical role in integrating and activating the Spotify brand in and around culture building relevance, engagement, and connection with strategic audiences for the region. As part of the team, you will help build, drive, and implement marketing and partnership strategies for the Spotify brand and content to drive brand love for Spotify.

In this particular role, we're looking for a passion for all things driving Black culture (music, community, fashion, sports, etc.). This individual will leverage innovative marketing approaches and activities that integrate and activate Spotify authentically with this audience through content & experiences they'll love. You are a passionate participant and student of music, marketing and culture and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, shaping audience brand stories, managing end-to-end processes and execution across various marketing channels.

We're looking for someone to jump and and drive non-traditional marketing activities across content, media, experiencial, partnerships, and on-platform promotion.

This role is not eligible for hire in Colorado, USA.
