We are looking for an outstanding Integrated Podcast Specialist to join our Podcast Team. We're looking for someone with a proven record of creativity, ad solutions packaging, integrated marketing experience, content marketing experience, and a deep interest in podcasts and audio innovation. We want someone who is passionate about podcasts and knows how to communicate their value to internal stakeholders, talent, partners, and clients. Above all, your work will affect the way the world engages in podcast experiences.

What You'll Do
• Work with The Ringer, Fantasy Footballers, and Spotify content teams to build unique and compelling integrated sponsorship opportunities for clients. You will specialize in Sports and spend time with Spotify stakeholders, talent managers, producers, and podcast hosts to understand their passion points and what brands they love.
• Build strategic, GTM plans for new shows within Sports and ideate on how advertisers can partner with us at launch. In addition, you will work with B2B marketing on show positioning and narrative.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on additional custom integrations across shows, social, content and more, including, but not limited to other revenue channels
• Develop compelling programs that are thoughtful and effectively communicate the value of our Sports Podcast Offering.
• Lead client and agency presentations showcasing how our integrated ideas come to life.
• Partner closely with the Spotify frontline sales to tailor ideas for specific verticals and clients.
• Seek out feedback regularly on RFP responses to improve future work and surface relevant incremental opportunities
• Focus on educating and inspiring our clients to use our Sports podcast content to improve their business goals and outcomes
• Enhance revenue expectations dedicated to specific podcasts.
• Attend weekly and monthly NA Sales Meetings to showcase ideas that will help build passion with clients.
• Track progress by category and by advertiser against integrated proposal

Who You Are
• You have a Bachelor's degree
• You have 8+ years of experience creating revenue generating ideas for clients and/or media agency experience; podcast and/or content sales preferred
• You are passionate about The Ringer and Fantasy Footballers podcasts and have a deep understanding of our hosts.
• You have knowledge of online and offline media and have the ability to be creative with audio and digital client solutions
• Consistent track record of working with integrated marketing/solutions
• You have strong ad packaging and creative integration skills with the ability to present effectively and close the deal.
• You have a deep understanding of digital ecosystem
• You are an effective problem solver that is able to navigate roadblocks and prides yourself on being solution oriented.
• You are comfortable communicating ideas and representing our sports Podcast offering in client pitches and internal meetings.
• You are a great teammate, inquisitive, adapt well with change and have a positive attitude.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment and across external and internal. teams to deliver creative, fresh campaigns

Where You'll Be
• This position will be based in Los Angeles.

The United States base range for this position is $116,941 to $161,059, plus equity, plus bonus or commission. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
