As listener behavior and the advertising landscape continue to evolve, Spotify stays ahead of publishers' needs with tools and services that grow robust advertising businesses. We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader to manage the Podcasting Platform product team through a period of growth and transformation. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, insights, marketing, sales, global teams, and customers, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects that drive customer revenue.

What you'll do
• Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for the overall organization and support Product Managers on your team in doing the same for their teams.
• Partner with your Engineering, Design and Insights partners to own your Product Area and cultivate an ethos of impact and performance.
• Work closely with partners across the organization to make sure that the work supports the company's short- and long-term goals, effectively gaining endorsement of strategy.
• Ensure your team is doing the right things, while not spreading too thinly. A healthy balance of innovation, support and maintenance is key for all successful teams at Spotify.
• Define and own OKRs, roadmaps, supervising progress and measure impact across several teams.
Who you are
• You are an experienced product leader, in defining and driving product strategy across more than one team
• You are an inclusive people leader with a track record of of managing managers and growing leaders within your organization and building healthy teams that drive impact
• You are experienced leading complex initiatives and have distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities
• You have worked in monetization, advertising, marketing, enterprise software, analytics and/or publishing products
• You are experienced leading and managing portfolios of work with complex initiatives and have distinctive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, presenting concepts and ideas in different formats, depending on context.
• You are all about execution. You have a proven ability to efficiently and confidently execute, deliver, and iterate.
• Ideally, you are a fan of podcasts!

The United States base range for this position is 221,000 to 332,000 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
