Creator Partnerships Manager, Creator Management

Job Description

The Spotify team is seeking a Creator Partnerships Manager to join our Creator Management team to build strong relationships with Creators and advocate for them within Spotify. The Creator Partnerships Manager will provide tailored partner management support and add value to Creators through performance insights, content education and being an overall ambassador for the talent within Spotify. The Creator Partnerships Manager will be responsible for understanding Creators' goals and identifying Spotify opportunities that align to increase and engage their audience.

The right candidate has pre-existing direct relationships with creators and podcasters, is passionate about audio content, highly organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong project management skills, and is able to work with a variety of partners.
