The Marketing Enablement team sits at the intersection of creativity and technology, ensuring our iconic labels have the cutting-edge tools and high-performance vendor services they need to break artists and engage fans.
Your role:
The Director, Marketing Enablement (US) will drive the implementation of WMG's marketing enablement strategy across labels in the US, ensuring that marketing teams have the tools, platforms, and partner services required to deliver campaigns effectively, efficiently, and at scale.
Reporting to the SVP of Marketing Enablement, this role will define and execute WMG's marketing technology stack and vendor partnership approach, integrating global platforms with label needs, identifying and addressing local capability gaps, and managing third-party vendor relationships to maximize quality and impact.
This position requires a hands-on, strategic leader with strong label marketing experience, operational expertise, and deep knowledge of marketing technology and data-driven enablement in a multinational entertainment environment. They will have a label first approach, while balancing strategy with execution, champion adoption of new tools and ways of working, and ensure enablement directly contributes to breaking artists, deepening fan engagement, and delivering commercial growth.
Here you'll get to:
• Partner with the SVP of Marketing Enablement to shape and execute WMG's global strategy for martech, vendor partnerships, and supporting workflows.
• Serve as the senior leader for Marketing Enablement across the US, building trust with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment between global strategy and business execution.
• Lead the martech and services innovation roadmap across the US, piloting new technologies and vendor models that strengthen WMG's marketing capabilities and set the business apart.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts to embed new platforms, vendor services, and enablement practices across diverse markets.
• Own the delivery and optimization of WMG's martech stack across US Labels, ensuring platforms integrate seamlessly into the wider enterprise ecosystem.
• Balance global consistency with label flexibility, implementing bespoke solutions where required.
• Drive adoption and effective usage of platforms through enablement, training, and best-practice sharing across teams.
• Ensure adoption of martech solutions translates into stronger campaign execution, fan engagement, and measurable artist growth.
• Lead WMG's approach to third-party marketing vendor partners across US Labels, ensuring cost-effectiveness, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with global standards.
• Collaborate with Procurement to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, monitor vendor performance, and optimize service offerings.
• Identify and fill label service gaps, scaling both global and local providers to meet diverse business needs while ensuring integration into WMG's martech stack.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with vendor partners, ensuring WMG has access to best-in-class services at competitive value.
• Partner with Tech and Marketing Intelligence to ensure first- and third-party data is centralized, accurate, compliant (GDPR and other local laws), and actionable.
• Leverage analytics to measure platform adoption, vendor performance, and impact across labels.
• Provide insights to optimize marketing enablement investments, ensuring spend delivers measurable ROI.
• Lead the martech innovation roadmap across the US, piloting new tools, platforms, and vendor services that can strengthen WMG's marketing capabilities.
• Encourage experimentation with emerging martech, ad tech, and AI-driven solutions, while ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Share best practices across the labels to scale successful initiatives and maintain consistency with WMG's global approach.
• Partner with the SVP of Marketing Enablement to set and deliver the roadmap for realizing opportunities from agentic AI and other automation solutions.
About you:
• 8+ years in marketing enablement, technology, or operations with multi-market responsibility.
• Strong understanding of music labels and artist marketing operations and workflows.
• Proven expertise managing third-party vendor partners and integrating them with marketing technology platforms.
• Demonstrated success deploying and optimizing a composable marketing technology stack across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide investment, adoption, and campaign performance.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
• Experience in creative, music, or entertainment industries preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, data management tools, and analytics solutions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational efficiency, technology adoption, and fan engagement objectives.
• Passionate about music and fan engagement, with the ability to connect enablement outcomes to artist and commercial success.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $130,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
