Who are we hiring?
The Senior Manager, B2B Marketing will craft marketing strategy and execute high-impact international campaigns that generate leads and support business growth. This role will be responsible for developing strategy and executing high-impact sales materials and marketing strategies to a wide-range of group and events segments, tourism boards, global ticket partners, and Fortune 100 brands and corporations. As a seasoned professional, who brings premium and luxury experience to the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sphere's market-facing message and elevating perception of the venue as a transformational solution.
What will you do?
• Support the development and execution of Sphere's go to market strategy - developing a strong value proposition and messaging framework and ensuring it's clearly and consistently delivered across all materials, products and partnerships for groups, events, and venue buyouts.
• Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging digital, email, social media, and traditional channels to engage brand and corporate audiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and lead-nurturing strategies that drive conversions.
• Conceptualize, plan and support sales projects & programs designed to amplify awareness, preference and drive revenue. This could include activities such as owned client events, email campaigns, strategic roadshows, partnerships, promotions, and paid media.
• Develop thought leadership content, case studies, and industry insights to position the venue as a premier choice for events and buyouts.
• Grow the sales funnel and increase conversion rates by building compelling sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, presentations, sales kits, one-pagers, and case studies, to support the corporate and group sales teams.
• Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, events) to engage corporate clients and event planners. Manage digital touchpoints and online sales materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize relevant events, conferences, conventions, sponsorships, and awards programs against our marketing strategy to maximize impact. Partner with our sales and services team to execute to increase and improve our exposure to key clients.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of B2B marketing initiatives to ensure ROI and we are relentlessly prioritizing our most effective channels and efforts.
• Continuously optimize messaging and materials based on sales feedback and performance data.
• Partner with internal teams, including creative, digital, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of B2B marketing initiatives.
What do you need to s/ucceed?
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in events, hospitality, or entertainment industries in the Las Vegas market.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead generation tactics.
• In-depth knowledge of the entertainment, travel, and events industry from a sales/B2B perspective
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and translate business needs into marketing solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions/programs.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving marketing effectiveness.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency with a modern marketing-technology stack, including platforms such as MSOffice, Salesforce, and Formstack.
• Ability to demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks while under tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
Special Requirements (physical demands, non-traditional hours, travel etc.)
• Ability to work irregular schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) to support the sales team preparing for and during events.
• Some travel may be required.
Pay Range
$96,000 - $140,000 USD
