Job Description
Reporting to the EVP, Global Creative Advertising, this role is responsible for ensuring the successful creation of Digital A/V, Domestic and International materials that are aligned to the campaign's overarching creative strategy. Works closely with filmmakers, management and creative agencies to produce A/V materials and key art for use in broadcast, online, in-theater and outdoor advertising.

Leveraging strong marketing and creative instincts, the person communicates campaign direction to vendors, presents materials, secures approvals, oversees the finishing process, and manages day-to-day campaign operations.

The person acts as point of contact for internal marketing departments and collaborates with these departments to establish creative coherence across all global marketing materials. This role requires the flexibility and focus to handle development of creative materials for multiple movies simultaneously at varying stages of the creative process. This person must have the ability to make quick and confident decisions, interpret research and analyze competitive materials in the marketplace while also being an effective communicator.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing Global Digital A/V Creative paid content for the lifecycle marketing campaign (theatrical through home entertainment) as well as at times assisting with the development of TV/Broadcast and other marketing materials.
• Ensures all materials are built on strategy and are aligned to the other materials of the campaign
• Develop a program of diverse campaigns to maximize media exposure and perception
• Directs and closely collaborates in regular meetings with the Digital Marketing team to understand best platform practices and to place digital creative material
• Directs and closely works with the Media teams to meet campaign deliverables and deadlines
• Manages projects with Research teams to ensure alignment of campaign and creative strategy
• Directs trailer editorial, feature post-production and VFX teams to provide all materials required to build and ship final broadcast and digital deliverables
• Customizes workflow between studio creative and media teams, multiple 3rd party creative vendors, trailer & graphics houses, finishing & digital delivery vendors
• Manages delivery deadlines, creative approvals, technical quality control, engineering and delivery interface
• Approves finishing vendor staffing and equipment utilization to ensure state-of-the-art work flows
• Keep up to date on all related technology advances and work with vendor IT and Operations Departments to adjust these work flows accordingly

Requirements:
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in online/offline marketing, advertising in Film, Motion Picture Studio is required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, Advertising or Marketing preferred
• Able to quickly adapt to growing business needs and possess strong interpersonal and management skills
• Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and horizontally across multiple teams with fragmented, vertical (title-by-title) priorities
• Must have an open communication style, which takes into account managing expectations with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development and brand development
• Excellent written communication, oral communication, presentation, and team building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Self-starter with high level of initiative
• Passionate, committed with a high level of energy
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency

The anticipated base salary for this position is $191,615 to $249,100. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
