Vice President, Global Marketing Partnerships

VP, Global Marketing Partnerships – Motion Picture Group
• Manage the day to day of a team of 4 responsible for executing marketing partnerships programs for all Domestic, International and Global deals. This includes Print, Packaging, POS, Outdoor, Experiential, Digital and TV spots
• Work closely with Fortune 500 brand partners worldwide to produce best in class branded content to amplify the movie marketing message
• Meet ambitious campaign goals without compromising creative integrity
• Deliver multi-faceted unique campaigns that cut through the clutter, drive buzz and cultural conversation, deliver measurable results, generate incremental media value and build franchises
• Work closely with other studio divisions such as Publicity, Digital, Creative Advertising, Creative Content, Exhibitor Relations to integrate key marketing beats into the brand campaign
• Cultivate key relationships with stakeholders including filmmakers and talent to integrate them into the brand campaigns in a way that best serves the movie marketing
• Deliver an ROI for the brand with a view to establishing long term relationships and inking multl-film partnerships as a significant source of revenue for the studio
• Service the partner in a way that they repeatedly partner with the studio

Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the production process
• Diplomatic chops, good judgment and an empathetic communicator
• Experience managing creative execution across various platforms
• Penchant for taking stand-out creative to the next level
• Familiarity with traditional and new marketing channels especially social
A solutions-oriented problem solver who is able to think outside the box
• Big picture thinker who enjoys the challenges of adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing entertainment landscape while simultaneously being detail oriented

• Must be able to nimbly juggle multi-faceted projects across many disciplines and demonstrate grace under pressure
• Trend-forecasting instincts and a finger on the pulse of the pop culture zeitgeist
• Effective people manager who leads by example and excels at motivating, inspiring and getting the most out of team-mates, creatives, vendors and agencies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 8 to 10 + years minimum experience; at least 5 years concentrated Entertainment Feature Film Studio, Network or Agency with Entertainment or Theatrical Client focus; International experience highly desired.
• Strong computer skills (MS PowerPoint, KeyNote, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Adobe)
