Job Description
Trainee - Sony Pictures Classics AcquisitionsSony Pictures Classics, a company that acquires, produces, and distributes films from North America and around the world, seeks a six-month, full-time, paid Acquisitions trainee.
The internship will begin in late June 2022. The duration of the internship is six months.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Administrative duties (scheduling and maintaining a calendar of calls, meetings, and travel; managing department databases; answering phones; etc)
-Writing coverage for scripts and finished films
Job Requirements:
-Strong administrative skills
-Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
-A knowledge of American independent & International film
